Project description
This project involved the comprehensive renovation and internal restructuring of the IOM Office in Benin City. ISPL executed civil construction works, security enhancement installations, and modern partitioning to improve the functional and aesthetic quality of the workspace while strengthening access control and safety infrastructure.

Our Approach
ISPL adopted a phased implementation strategy to ensure minimal disruption to office activities. The team installed 18mm board partitions and tempered glass, constructed a security house, fenced the perimeter, and roofed the walkway to provide a sheltered transit path. Boom barriers were installed to automate vehicular control. All work complied with safety standards and security protocols.
